Jill McCrory comes to CAPE after 18 years of experience teaching the Open philosophy at Bedford Open School and Los Senderos Open School. Originally hired part-time in 1989 as an enrichment science teacher for first through sixth grades, she became a full-time classroom teacher, teaching third, fourth and fifth grades. Mrs. McCrory received her Bachelor of Arts degree in child development and her teaching credential from California State University, Northridge, in 1988. She has two children and a very supportive husband, Jim.
