Alison Bailen

Alison Bailen received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University and her
Master's Degree in Communicate Disorders from San Francisco State University. She began her career as
a Speech Language Pathologist in the Bay Area working with children 2 years old and up.

After starting a family of her own, she moved back to her hometown of Ventura and couldn't be happier to be back.
Alison enjoys being able to work with children of all ages and abilities and help them gain confidence through better communication skills. She has been working at CAPE since 2015 and loves being a part of the CAPE community.

Alison lives in Ventura with her husband, daughter and two cats.
