Chris Parker
Chris Parker and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters, one who is a middle-school student at CAPE and the oldest who promoted from CAPE at the end of its second year. He is a land-use consultant who manages dozens of multi-million-dollar development projects in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He is a former adjunct professor of management communication in the MBA program at California Lutheran University. He is an Executive Committee member of the Camarillo Academic Olympics and was a former Executive Committee member and treasurer of the Coastal Brownilympics, chairman of the Steering Committee at Los Senderos Open School, and Lay Leader at the Camarillo United Methodist Church. He is a former editor and writer at the Los Angeles Times, Ventura County Star, Los Angeles Daily News and several other newspapers in the region. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at CSUN and his MBA at CLU.
