Rochelle Janda

Rochelle grew up in the Conejo Valley between Agoura and Thousand Oaks, before moving to Ventura in 2021. She has worked with kids all through high school and college, even co running a day care as she pursued her BA at California Lutheran University.

After graduating with a BA in Communications, she went back to CLU and completed her Multiple Subject Teaching credential, and most recently her Masters in Education.

She began working at CAPE as a substitute teacher, where she got to know so many of the amazing students, then made the transition to 5 years in Second Grade. In 2022, she took the leap to 6th grade to teach some of her favorite subjects: Math and Science.

When she isn't at school, you can find Rochelle camping, hiking, or hitting the beach in Ventura with her dogs, June and Ruckus.
