Michele KeeferMichele Keefer proudly works on the CAPE staff with a deep commitment to the students of our community, currently serving as a teacher representative on the CAPE Board of Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from Cal Poly Pomona, received her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as an intern from UC Riverside, and has completed a supplemental certification in math. She taught third and fourth grade in Riverside, CA for six years prior to moving to Camarillo. For three years she substituted at Los Senderos Open School and CAPE until partnering with Ms. Laurentowski for 2nd grade in 2008. In 2010 she moved from partner teaching with Ms. Laurentowski to full time 6th grade math/science. She has lived in Camarillo for 20 years, and has two adult daughters, both of whom are CAPE alumni.
