Stephanie ForbesStephanie grew up in Burbank, down the street from her own elementary school. She loved helping her teachers set up their classrooms every summer, and often dreamed of having her own classroom one day.
Stephanie earned her BA and teaching credential from Cal State Northridge. She began teaching first grade for LAUSD in 2007. Since then, she has taught second grade, Kindergarten, and K-8 students in a hybrid homeschool program. Stephanie joined the phenomenal CAPE community in 2014, where she shared her passion for phonics, reading, and writing with her Kindergarten students. Recently, she made the exciting jump to second grade! In her free time, Stephanie likes to read, snuggle with her pups, and travel with her husband, (Mr. Forbes.) Back to Faculty page… |
